- Perform digital Setup and Stepping for B2B and D2C aligner cases as per standard protocols
- Work on 3D scans, tooth movement planning and staging
- Identify and correct pattern errors and subtle visual discrepancies in 3D models
- Maintain case quality, accuracy, and turnaround time
- Coordinate with Quality and Clinical teams
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline)/ Dental Technologist – Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good analytical and logical thinking ability
- Ability to recognize patterns and subtle visual differences
- Good computer literacy and confidence working with digital tools (Exocad, 3Shape, Blender, Meshmixer, AutoCAD or similar)
- Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts (Morning / Evening / Night) and Rotational Offs – Mandatory
