Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

:

• Supervision/authentication of Foreign/Inland LCs/Amendments into the system, LC messages, amendment messages.
• Preparation of Reimbursement Authorities against LCs.
• Preparation for the amendment of reimbursement authorities in case of any decrease or increase in the amount.
• Affixing of Foreign Bills Stamps on the LC Drafts drawn on Usance.
• Supervision/checking of lodgment/retirement/Overdues into the system and messages.
• Checking of Shipping Documents.
• To obtain confirmation of LC advising from FI Department Karachi for each and every LC.
• Supervision of Shipping Guarantee and Import Contracts.
• Transactions in foreign currency accounts.
• Supervision/checking of monthly/fortnightly statements and time to time statements.
• Supervision/checking of lodgment and settlement of OFBC.
• Supervision/checking of DD and PO issuance in respect of payment against Inland LCs.
• Authentication of all transactions regarding Import.
• Authorization of SWIFT Messages.
• Checking of SWIFT messages.
• Rectification of audit objections of Imports Department.
• Ensure services to the clients.
• Supervision/checking of Advance Payments in respect of Imports.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 9 years banking/non-banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of July 23, 2026.
