Our client Codefied is seeking two highly motivated and results-driven Upwork Business Development professionals to join our team on a contractual basis. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork by actively searching for relevant projects and client needs.
• Develop compelling and persuasive proposals that effectively showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
• Engage in clear and professional client communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring successful project execution.
• Negotiate contract terms and rates with clients, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.
• Actively manage client expectations and provide exceptional customer service to ensure positive feedback and repeat business.
• Contribute to the strategic development of our Upwork presence through market analysis and trend identification.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, specifically within the freelancing or gig economy landscape, with a strong focus on Upwork.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, or a Master's in Computer Science.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in freelancing platforms (especially Upwork), client communication, project management, proposal writing, time management, negotiation, customer service, and online marketing.
• Attributes: A highly self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a strong understanding of remote work dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Business Development Professional.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with various online marketing strategies to enhance business development efforts.
