Flowtel Networks is hiring Call Center Agents for a night shift, office-based role. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle calls professionally for international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
Communicate clearly with international customers
Follow company scripts and call procedures
Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction
Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Requirements:
Basic to good English communication skills
Prior call center experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
Willingness to work night shift
Must be comfortable with office-based job
Punctual, disciplined, and professional attitude
