Role: Vendor Master Workflow Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timing: Should be flexible with Rotational/Night Shift

Experience: 2 - 4 Years


Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Skills:

• Experience in Vendor Master

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Exposure to ERP (SAP)

• Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)

• Analytical skills

• Problem solving

• Team player

Responsibilities:

• Validation of Documentation requisitions received for vendor creation / changes.

• Run the standard reports on reporting tool

• Resolve queries coming from both requesters and suppliers

• Follow up for approval of Vendor Master Requests

• End to End understanding on Vendor Master Creation process and its criticality.

• Daily communication/interaction via email/phone with requesters.

• Validating all the approval and checklist before approving the creation/change request.

• Amendment in Vendor master profile after informing the stakeholder with appropriate documents.

• Identify and resolve exceptions

• Reporting & escalate issues

• Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)
