Desired Experience Range: 5 years to 13 Years

Location of Requirement: Pan India



Must-Have :

  • Analyze, design, and implement Workday HCM solutions based on business requirements
  • Configure and support core HCM modules including:
    • Core HR
    • Organization Management
    • Compensation
    • Business Process Framework (BPF)
  • Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
  • Configure business processes, security roles, reports, and dashboards
  • Perform data migration, validation, and system integration support
  • Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution (L2/L3)
