We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in editing engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing, and promotional content.
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand video requirements.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, music, sound effects, and graphics where required.
- Ensure videos are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in shooting video content when required.
- Organize and manage video files, footage, and project assets.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends and social media content formats.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.
- 1+ year of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, color correction, and sound editing.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
- Experience in shooting videos and handling basic camera equipment.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics.
- Experience creating content for brands, social media, or digital marketing.
