PRIME BPO is looking for a creative, hands-on Videographer + Video Editor to join our growing team. You will handle content from start to finish: shooting, editing and delivering polished videos that showcase our brand, culture and people across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

• Plan, shoot and produce high-quality videos for corporate, social media, recruitment and internal communication needs
• Cover company events, office culture, employee stories, testimonials and campaigns
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals and other equipment
• Capture clean audio and compelling visuals, on location and in studio
• Coordinate with HR, marketing and management on shoot schedules and requirements
  
  

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos (reels, short-form content, promos, long-form videos)
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design and color correction
• Adapt videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Create thumbnails and basic graphic assets to support video content
• Revise edits based on feedback and deliver within deadlines
  
  

General

• Maintain an organized archive of raw footage, project files and final videos
• Take care of equipment and report any maintenance or replacement needs
• Stay updated on video trends, formats and best practices
• Support recruitment and employer branding campaigns with creative video content
• Ensure all content follows company branding and confidentiality guidelines
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also apply)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
• Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting and audio equipment
• Strong sense of storytelling, composition and visual aesthetics
• Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading and sound editing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• A portfolio or showreel is mandatory
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience in drone videography
• Photography and photo editing skills (Photoshop / Lightroom)
• Experience creating social media content, reels and trend-based videos
• Basic knowledge of AI-based editing tools
