Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and safety-conscious Cabin Crew members to deliver exceptional onboard service while ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers. The successful candidate will uphold the highest standards of professionalism, comply with aviation regulations, and contribute to a positive travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew throughout all phases of flight.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and verify that emergency equipment is serviceable.
- Perform passenger boarding duties, including greeting passengers and assisting with seating and baggage.
- Deliver safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor the cabin during flight and respond promptly to passenger needs.
- Serve meals, beverages, and duty-free products (where applicable).
- Handle passenger inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
- Administer first aid and manage medical emergencies when required.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, including evacuations, turbulence, and onboard incidents.
- Maintain accurate flight reports and cabin documentation.
- Ensure the cabin is clean, secure, and prepared before departure and after landing.
- Work collaboratively with the flight crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation/Certificate (where required by the aviation authority).
- Current first aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Valid passport with unrestricted international travel eligibility.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism, or retail is an advantage.

- Experience with international airline operations.
- Additional foreign language proficiency.
- Training in premium cabin service.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
