Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent Warehouse Picker Packer to join our logistics team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing orders to ensure timely delivery to customers. The position requires collaboration with various warehouse personnel to maintain smooth operations, emphasizing adherence to safety and organizational standards. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment and is committed to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

The Warehouse Picker Packer manages the complete order fulfillment process, ensuring that products are picked according to specifications and packaged appropriately for shipment. The position demands attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and compliance with warehouse security and health regulations. Although the role does not involve managing a team, it requires effective communication and cooperation with supervisors and team members to support overall warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders from the warehouse inventory based on delivery requirements.
• Pack and label products correctly to prepare them for shipment and delivery platforms.
• Maintain inventory control by verifying stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Ensure all orders are moved promptly to the designated shipping area for dispatch.
• Stock shelves as needed to replenish inventory and maintain order availability.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse safety standards.
• Adhere to established security protocols and participate in maintaining warehouse safety measures.
• Support team members by assisting with various warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors or managers.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to minimize workplace hazards and ensure compliance.
• Report any issues related to order accuracy, inventory shortages, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
