Al Rehman Developers is looking for a dedicated, experienced, and result-oriented Purchaser to join our team for Al Rehman Garden (ARG), Sialkot. We are seeking a professional who has hands-on experience in procurement within the housing society or real estate sector and can efficiently manage purchasing activities while maintaining quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement process for construction and development projects.
• Source high-quality materials, equipment, and services from reliable vendors.
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders according to company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional suppliers.
• Ensure timely availability of construction materials to avoid project delays.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other departments regarding material requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, invoices, and documentation.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company standards and budget requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of procurement experience in a Housing Society or Real Estate Development Company.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Sound knowledge of the local market and supplier networks.
• Proven experience in sourcing products and construction materials from different regions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple procurement tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and procurement documentation.Effective tasks.
