Premier Construction Software is a global provider of AI-powered construction ERP software. With offices in North America, Australia/New Zealand, and the UAE, Premier empowers construction teams with real-time financial insights, automated workflows, and AI-driven project management tools.

Role Summary

We are hiring an intermediate Web Developer to own the day-to-day build, ship, and improvement of our marketing website. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for someone who can move from Figma to production quickly, deploy multiple times per week on Vercel, and partner closely with marketing, content, and design to support campaigns, launches, and lead-generation goals.

You will spend most of your time building landing pages, iterating on existing site sections, integrating marketing tooling, and keeping the site fast, accessible, and SEO-healthy. You are comfortable working in a small, agile team with shifting priorities and a strong bias for shipping.

What You Will Do

• Build, ship, and maintain the marketing website using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Own deployments, preview environments, and CI/CD on Vercel.
• Turn Figma designs into responsive, performant, accessible pages.
• Spin up landing pages, campaign microsites, and A/B test variations on tight timelines.
• Integrate marketing and analytics tooling such as LinkedIn Insight Tag, GA4, CRM forms, and conversion tracking.
• Maintain Core Web Vitals, SEO hygiene, schema markup, Open Graph, and accessibility standards.
• Implement animations and interactive elements using Framer Motion, Swiper, and similar libraries.
• Monitor site reliability, debug production issues, and own bug fixes end-to-end.
• Collaborate with design, SEO, content, and demand generation to support campaign launches.
• Maintain clean code, version control hygiene, and documentation.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Vercel.
• Comfortable working with a modern Jamstack or hybrid SSR/SSG architecture.
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, Storyblok, or similar).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO fundamentals.
• Solid Git workflow, code review discipline, and ability to work without heavy hand-holding.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate marketing requests into shipped work.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Framer Motion, GSAP, or other animation libraries.
• Familiarity with PWA, edge functions, ISR, or serverless patterns on Vercel.
• Exposure to A/B testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely, GrowthBook, Vercel Edge Config).
• Experience integrating with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar marketing/CRM stacks.
• Comfort with basic backend work: API routes, webhooks, light data modeling.
  
  

Success in the First 90 Days

• Fully owns the marketing website deploy pipeline and shipping cadence.
• Has launched at least one new high-impact page or section end-to-end.
• Reduced backlog of small site fixes and improvements.
• Established a clear, repeatable handoff with design and marketing.
