Position Overview

The ZIP COE Specialist plays a key role in managing and supporting supply chain operations through Kinaxis Rapid Response (ZIP). The role involves advanced Excel-based data management, project schedule conversions, issue tracking, and close collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams. With a strong focus on accuracy, process efficiency, and timely delivery, the specialist ensures smooth project execution and supports digital transformation initiatives.

What you will do as the Zones Intelliplan Centre Of Excellence Specialist :

• Work on state-of-the-art software Kinaxis Rapid Response (ZIP) and develop proficiency in navigating and utilizing the tool effectively.
• Apply critical thinking to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues.
• Use advanced MS Excel skills to create, manage, and convert project schedules into Kinaxis RapidResponse (ZIP) formats.
• Upload, validate, and maintain project schedules within Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to address queries and ensure accurate updates.
• Periodically update project schedules based on inputs from project managers and maintain alignment with defined formats.
• Support the Digital Transformation team in Kinaxis Rapid Response-related activities.
• Manage the Kinaxis issue tracker, coordinate resolution, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Perform supply chain and inventory analysis to ensure operational health and mitigate risks through data-driven methods.
• Partner with inventory management teams to proactively address risks and optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by defining and implementing streamlined, efficient practices.
• Meet strict deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Lead/Manager.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Team

• A bachelor’s degree, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain management, customer service, project coordination, or data management/analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with clients.
• A quality-focused mindset, with the ability to identify risks and support change management initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while aligning with project objectives and deliverables.
• Proven capability to support project goals and adapt approaches to meet evolving business needs.
• Ability to perform under pressure and execute tasks accurately in time-sensitive environments.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, with prior experience in ERP or similar software preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, reliable results.
