Job description

We have a new fantastic opportunity to be part of our growing core team; combining the opportunity to work on high profile interiors, landmark buildings.

NOTE:

• The 3D Modeler’s main responsibilities are to make the best possible 3D models with the highest possible level of detail within the timelines assigned to him/her.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Modelling of the project in the highest possible level of details from CAD drawings, Hand-drawn sketches.
• Modelling of a project from just the reference renders keeping the proportions and dimensions as close possible.
• Coordination with the Team lead in case of deliverables and troubleshooting.
• Should be creative enough to do renderings according to international market standards.
• Work with customers and outside stakeholders to modify design options and drive resolution on open design elements and issues.

Abilities

• Pro level knowledge of understanding Architectural drawings and model making in wider range of software’s, preferably 3Ds Max.
• Should be flexible enough to stay updated with new software and rendering engines.
• Should be creative enough to analyze dimensions and proportions of a project from just a picture/render/sketches/still image provided by the developer.
• Good knowledge of 3D Modelling.

Proven knowledge of

• AutoCAD / Revit
• 3D Studio Max
• Corona
• Photoshop
• SketchUp
• Lumion

Fundamental knowledge is a Plus in

• Unreal Engine
• Marvelous Designer
• Substance Painter
• Substance Designer
• Zbrush
• Quixel Mixer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in architectural modeling/rendering.
• Good knowledge of 3D package.
• Demonstrable portfolio of excellent 3D work in the field of architecture and product design.
• Good creative thinking and creative visualization skills.
• Background in architecture is preferred but not compulsory.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ambitious individual with a desire to excel
• Showcase of artistic flair and technical ability
• Self-driven to meet deadlines, with a clear focus on image quality
