Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to verify their details accurately for the ACA campaign.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with campaign requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data.
• At least 1 year of experience on ACA - Self Verification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
• Willing to work at night shifts
