Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and providing valuable financial insights through ad hoc reporting. Key duties include bookkeeping, handling accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and conducting regular reconciliations of various accounts, such as prepayments and credit card statements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts
• payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets,
• income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as management requests.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of Prepayment, credit card statements, and other head of
• accounts.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in handling bookkeeping and accounting task.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling.
• Good knowledge of financial principles, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
