Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, accounting majors are preferred;
- Work experience: More than 5 years working experience in accounting, including at least 2 years general ledger working experience, deeply know about FA, AP and AR position work;
- Professional qualifications: at least passing 80% ACCA and CMA qualification certificates;
- Knowledge and skills: familiar with the local and international accounting standard, know about tax laws, professional theoretical knowledge of risk management, and having financial project management ability such as re-sorting out the company’s accounting standard according to business development;
- Be proficient in the operation of common office software’s and related financial software;
- Good communication with other departments and good execution such as independently promote the firm implementation of financial projects, good expression such as clearly explain working issues and self-mind.
- Strong professional ethics and logic, good conduct, teamwork and sharing, conscious, continuous education and self-learning spirit.
- Review all manual vouchers recorded in SAP, guide the accounting team work and provide help, ensure the accounting team work efficiency and accuracy；
- Review all current account financial subjects, to guarantee these accounts subject clear and accurate, each financial course business accounting content is accurate;
- Communicate with business department following the local tax law, ensure all revenue account and record tax correctly, there is not more than 90 days receivable;
- Be responsible for monthly closing work, manage the accounting team to complete work on time, then check the monthly data in SAP and ensure all entries are correct;
- Manage the accounting team, solve the temporary issues in the department, and update the accounting standards;
- Review and reconcile all income with the bank statement, record revenue in SAP, provide the data of sale tax/ HQ income;
- Lead the accounting team to sort out all revenue and expense business, manage team improve and avoid fund risks.
