Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team! If you are detail-oriented, proficient in accounting software, and have a passion for numbers, this opportunity is for you.

• Minimum Education: B.Com or equivalent in accounting/finance.
• Experience: At least 3 years in an accounting role, with hands-on experience in:
• Double-entry bookkeeping
• Managing financial transactions, invoices, and reconciliations
• Handling billing and collection systems
• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Proficiency in:
• Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, tracking, and reporting
• Accounting software and ERP systems (knowledge of cloud accounting tools is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage billing, collection, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline financial processes.
