Accounts Executive

Preparing credit control documentation for customers

• Process invoices & accounts statements
• Perform accounts reconciliations & dunning letters
• Keep accurate records for AR function & credit approvals
• Prepare periodic management reports on need basis
• Track incoming bank deposits and payments
• Reconcile bank statements
• Participate in internal and external audits
• AR Ageing analysis
• Investigating and resolving any AR enquiries
• Support for coordination with SSC
• Other adhoc assignments as per requirement of department
