ENGINEER, PLANNING - (DAR ENGINEERING - LAHORE)

Major Responsibilities:

• Preparing Project plan, Scheduling and Monitoring by utilizing PrimaveraP6 and MS project.
• Identification, monitoring& streamlining of critical paths running through the Project Master baseline Schedule
• Portfolio management, Resource Planning and reporting.
• Preparation of project budget and schedule.
• Generating detail time schedule and cashflow.
• Collect information from stakeholders for timely preparation of realistic budget revisions and LFs.
• Develop, update, Monitored Project Risk Register and Management Contingency & reserves against identified risk after consultation with management
• Cost estimation of the overheads, services/manpower required to execute the offered system/project
• Presenting schedule of work, often with visuals aids such as bar charts and procedures diagram.
• Monitor and analyze discipline-wise progress and assist construction team in identification of extra work and

Education and Experience required:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical)
• Proficient on PrimaveraP6 and MS project.
• Minimum 7 years of experience (specifically in project planning and project control)
