The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure invoices are properly coded, approved, and recorded in the accounting system.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable aging reports and prepare payment schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor payment and billing inquiries.

• Perform AP reconciliations, including vendor statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with month-end close activities such as accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of internal financial reports related to payables.

• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, controls, and automation.
• Provide accurate data to support financial reporting and management analysis.
• Collaborate with the finance team to enhance reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits.
• Support implementation of audit recommendations related to accounts payable.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
