This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of retail media and advertising.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end execution of in-app advertising campaigns for grocery products, ensuring alignment with the category management team and the merchandising calendar.
- Execute and oversee ad placements on the app's homepage, category pages, and campaign landing pages, ensuring optimal visibility and engagement.
- Ensure all discounts, promotions, and sponsored products are effectively highlighted within the app, driving conversion and maximizing ad performance.
- Conduct daily audits and reviews of in-app ads, ensuring seamless execution and an optimal user experience.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and optimize placements to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Work closely with cross functional teams such as marketing, category managers and merchandising teams to ensure ad content aligns with overall brand and business goals.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to overcome challenges in ad engagement, ensuring ads are engaging, relevant, and effective in driving sales.
- Atleast 2 years of experience in digital advertising, in-app marketing, or ecommerce merchandising, preferably within the FMCG or grocery sector.
- Strong understanding of in-app advertising strategies and digital campaign management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of working cross-functionally with teams at all levels of management.
- Proven track record of delivering against sales and conversion targets.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to efficiently oversee multiple campaigns while ensuring precision and attention to detail.
