INTECH Automation & Intelligence is a dynamic and innovative leader in the field of Process Optimization, with a focus on Refinery, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical Plants. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Process Control (APC) Consultant to join our team and lead the charge in delivering multi-million-dollar benefits through the implementation of cutting-edge APC solutions.

- Manage and lead programmed projects for APC.
- Utilize deep knowledge of Process Optimization through APC, RTO, PID tuning, and Inferential to enhance plant efficiency.
- Prepare and present compelling business cases for Advanced Process Control, Optimization, and PID tuning projects.
- Train and mentor young engineers in the field of APC, ensuring the transfer of knowledge and expertise.
- Lead a team in the generation of Inferential through Deep Learning techniques.
- Implement APC solutions, including Step Testing, Feasibility Studies, and DCS modification requirements.
- Utilize GDOT technology for process optimization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AspenTech DMC3, DMC Plus, GDOT, Honeywell/AVEVA APC, Inferential, and Deep Learning technologies.
- Provide program management expertise for successful project execution.
- Conduct training sessions for operators and engineers in APC and PID tuning.
- Perform maintenance and support for existing APC implementations.
- Required Experience is 15 - 20 years
- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Good working knowledge & experience in Industrial Sectors like Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, Petrochemical and Gas Processing Industries.
