Agentic AI Developer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Agentic AI Developer to join our team and help build intelligent systems capable of autonomous decision-making, reasoning, and action. You’ll work on cutting-edge agentic AI solutions that go beyond traditional models—crafting agents that can plan, learn, and adapt in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intelligent agent systems with autonomy, reasoning, and planning capabilities.
• Implement LLM-based architectures (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) for agent workflows.
• Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.)
• Optimize agent behavior for performance, accuracy, and safety.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to bring agentic systems into real-world applications.
• Continuously explore emerging techniques in AI and machine learning related to autonomous agents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python (and optionally JS/TypeScript).
• Strong understanding of autonomous agent architecture and reasoning systems.
• Experience with tools like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning, or multi-agent systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have:

• Prior work on AI agents for workflow automation, research, or customer-facing applications.
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG systems, and API orchestration.
