Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in AI Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, developing and optimizing autonomous AI agents that can reason, learn, and interact with users and systems effectively. You will collaborate with a team of researchers, engineers, and product leaders to push the boundaries of AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents for various applications

• Implement LLM-based architectures and optimize multi-agent collaboration

• Work with cutting-edge frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases

• Research and apply techniques in reasoning, memory management, and decision-making for AI agents

• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and develop custom AI solutions

• Leverage NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to enhance AI performance

• Optimize AI agent behaviors based on real-world interactions and feedback

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable products

Required Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on AI agents

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.) and fine-tuning models

• Strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Experience with multi-agent systems, vector databases, and knowledge graphs is a plus

• Solid software engineering skills, including API development and integration

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve complex AI challenges

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with self-improving AI agents that can plan and execute tasks autonomously

• Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and knowledge-based AI systems

• Familiarity with autonomous workflow automation tools (e.g., AutoGPT, BabyAGI, CrewAI)

• Background in AI safety, interpretability, and ethical AI practices
