Role Overview

We are looking for a talented GenAI and NLP Engineer to join our AI team and drive the development of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. You will work on building and optimizing chatbots, AI-powered search, document processing solutions, and other intelligent automation tools that enhance business processes and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize LLM-based applications, chatbots, and RAG-powered AI agents.
• Research and implement advanced NLP techniques to improve text understanding, summarization, and generation.
• Design and integrate vector search and semantic retrieval systems for intelligent document processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs and other deep learning models on cloud-based or on-premise infrastructures.
• Work with OCR and computer vision technologies for document automation, KYC verification, and CCTV analytics.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with real-world applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP, AI frameworks, and model optimization techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on NLP and GenAI.
• Expertise in LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and chatbot development.
• Strong understanding of transformer-based architectures (GPT, BERT, T5, etc.).
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding-based retrieval.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and API integrations.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI model deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multimodal AI (text + vision).
• Familiarity with speech-to-text and text-to-speech models.
• Understanding of reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) techniques.
• Experience in agile development and collaborative AI-driven projects.
