AI Marketing Automation Specialist

As an AI Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and deploying AI-powered solutions that streamline lead generation, enhance content strategy, improve customer engagement, and provide real-time marketing analytics. You’ll work closely with marketing, data, and product teams to embed intelligent automation across our entire inbound marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Build AI-driven tools to automate lead capture, scoring, and qualification.

• Apply NLP and AI models to improve content relevance, SEO performance, and personalization.

Customer Engagement

• Automate email campaigns, chat interactions, and social media responses using AI.

Analytics

• Implement AI-based analytics solutions to track and visualize marketing performance.

End-to-End Marketing Automation

• Identify repetitive tasks across the marketing funnel and automate them using AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Proven experience applying AI/ML in marketing or automation-focused roles.
• Experience with NLP, recommender systems, chatbots, and marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and content strategy.
