Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
  • 4-8 years of professional experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Hands-on experience in API development and model deployment using Flask or FastAPI, and Docker for containerization.
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a research-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex model logic to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement machine learning pipelines, including data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing.
  • Develop, train, and fine-tune ML/DL models for various business use cases.
  • Deploy models as APIs or microservices for production environments.
  • Monitor and maintain model performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Conduct model retraining and optimization based on inference results and new data.
  • Document all experiments, architectures, and performance metrics for reproducibility.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and frameworks in AI and machine learning.
