Job Description

  • Create and manage the monthly content calendar across social media, email, ads, and blogs in line with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Translate the Content Strategist’s plan into clear, actionable content plans and briefs for the team.
  • Coordinate with content publisher, specialists, and other stakeholders to deliver content on time and as per requirements.
  • Create concise copy and design briefs so each team clearly understands the objective, audience, and key message.
  • Monitor the status of all content tasks, flag delays early, and keep all stakeholders aligned on timelines.
  • Review content for brand voice, accuracy, and basic quality before it is sent for client, internal approval, or publishing.
  • Ensure published content is consistent with brand guidelines and supports key KPIs.
  • Support client or internal review meetings by presenting the content calendar and explaining key ideas when required.
  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and share key takeaways with the team.
  • Recommend content improvements or new ideas based on performance, audience insights, or platform trends.
  • Maintain organized content assets, calendars, and documentation as a clear source of truth for the team.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing execution.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, follow-through, and communication skills when handling multiple brands or calendars.
  • Show strong written communication skills and comfort with major social platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Work proactively and with attention to detail while coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
