• Become the Go-To Expert for researching and finding AI Tools: You will be deeply embedded with our teams, translating their business goals into clear technology requirements. Your day-to-day will involve proactively identifying new tools, vetting incoming requests, and conducting practical, hands-on evaluations to determine the best solution for each unique use case.
• Own Our Agile Sourcing and Selection Process: We've eliminated the traditional red tape that slows down innovation. You will own our agile sourcing and evaluation lifecycle: from strategic sourcing and market research to managing proof-of-concept trials and creating the final comparative analysis to support purchasing decisions.
• Be a Trusted Partner and Strategic Enabler: Your success is measured by the success of the teams you support. You will build strong relationships across the company, becoming the trusted advisor on all things AI/SaaS. You'll see the direct impact of your work as teams become more effective, and you’ll also maintain the systems and registers that provide a clear, strategic overview of our entire technology stack.

This role is for you if:

• You have 3+ years of direct experience in a Technology Sourcing (or) SaaS/Software procurement role, managing the full evaluation and tool selection lifecycle. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• You thrive in ambiguity and are a natural problem-solver, skilled at guiding non-technical stakeholders from a vague need to a clear, actionable solution.
• This is a business-focused procurement role, not a technical one. Success here depends on building business cases, managing stakeholder needs, and evaluating tools from a user-value perspective. Therefore, this role is not a fit for candidates whose primary experience and career goals are in writing code, API integration, or systems architecture.
• You are a master communicator and collaborator, who excels at managing multiple stakeholder requests and building consensus.
