Position Overview:

We're seeking a candidate who will be responsible for creating and developing our lead generation department from the ground up. This role involves identifying and targeting potential Amazon brands and sellers who could benefit from our expertise in advertising and supply chain management. You'll play a crucial part in researching market opportunities, building a pipeline of high-quality leads, and creating strategies to attract new clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and driving the growth of our business.


Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify Amazon brands and sellers that can benefit from our services.
  • Build and maintain a list of potential leads for outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Lusha, and Apollo.io.

Outreach:

  • Create and send personalized emails and DMs to potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects to schedule discovery calls or strategy sessions.
  • Update the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) with accurate lead information and status.

Campaign Management:

  • Manage outreach campaigns via email (Mailshake, Lemlist, Reply.io) and cold calls to engage leads.
  • Develop strategies for LinkedIn and email outreach to attract new clients.
  • Oversee lead generation campaigns from start to finish—defining goals, targeting, messaging, and content. Track and improve campaign performance to get the best results.

Reporting and Strategy:

  • Regularly update management on lead generation efforts, highlighting key trends and suggesting improvements.
  • Use data analysis to adjust strategies and meet lead generation targets.
  • Work with the operations and business teams to plan resources and support revenue goals.

General:

  • Use excellent communication skills to present our services to potential clients.
  • Stay organized, prioritize tasks, and track progress to ensure successful lead generation and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to run successful lead generation campaigns and meet goals.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and outreach tools like Mailshake or LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage prospects and present ideas clearly.
  • Analytical mindset, able to use data to improve performance and solve problems.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the eCommerce and Amazon marketplace is a plus.
