Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Present products/services to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
