Lynxmedia seeks an Amazon PPC Manager to plan, execute, and optimize advertising across Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
The role includes day-to-day campaign management, performance analysis, budget control, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain PPC structures (campaigns/ad groups/targets), including keyword research, match-type strategy, negatives, and (where applicable) ad copy and creative assets.
- Monitor and improve KPIs (ACOS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, Impression Share) through systematic bid, budget, and placement adjustments.
- Perform search term mining, add negatives, and remove waste across accounts.
- Manage pacing and budgets; align monthly/quarterly spend with targets and constraints.
- Prepare performance reports with clear insights, actions, and timelines; present findings to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure policy compliance and maintain accurate documentation, naming conventions, and SOPs.
- Track competitive activity and industry changes; recommend test plans (day-parting, placement multipliers, audience/ASIN targeting, creative tests).
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product to align campaigns with business goals and inventory realities.
- Maintain productive relationships with platform reps/vendors when applicable.
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest in digital advertising and analytics; understanding of Amazon PPC fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads Console (campaign creation, bulk operations, reports) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, basic charting).
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into actions.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple brands/tasks to deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools such as Brand Analytics, Search Term Reports, and bulk sheets; experience with third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, DataDive) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
Success Metrics (examples)
- Ad spend aligned with plan; budget variance within agreed thresholds.
- ACOS/TACoS trending toward targets across managed SKUs.
- Reduction of non-converting spend via negative harvesting and structure improvements.
- Timely, accurate reporting with clear next steps and measurable outcomes.
- On-time execution of tests and documented learnings.
