Are you an e-commerce expert who knows the ins and outs of Amazon Seller Central? TalentPop App is seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to take ownership of our Amazon marketplace operations. From maintaining stellar product listings to analyzing performance data and managing inventory, you will be a critical part of our success on one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize all Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content) for maximum discoverability and conversion.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like Best Seller Rank (BSR), impressions, and conversion rates, providing weekly performance reports.
- Proactively manage and reconcile FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Handle case submissions to Amazon Seller Support for issue resolution, policy clarification, and account health maintenance.
- Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing listing visibility.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback, product reviews, and Amazon Brand Health metrics.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working directly with Amazon Seller Central.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, algorithms, and listing optimization best practices.
- Familiarity with Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar research tools) is a plus.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage complex data and inventory systems.
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating compelling listing copy and professional seller support correspondence.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speed.
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
