We are seeking an experienced Interior Draftsman who will be responsible for preparing precise and detailed architectural drawings and plans for interior design projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of architectural and design principles, and can work collaboratively with design teams to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and layouts for interior design projects.
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to create efficient design plans.
- Utilize CAD software to create digital models and drawings.
- Develop and refine drawings to meet client specifications and design guidelines.
- Conduct site visits to ensure accuracy of designs and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Review and revise drawings in response to feedback from clients and design teams.
- Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure implementation accuracy.
- Maintain an organized digital and hard copy filing system for all designs and plans.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior drafting or a related role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural and design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing previous drafting work.
- Certification in drafting or related software is a plus.
- In-person availability for on-site work collaboration and site visits.
- Full-time availability with flexibility for project demands.
