We are looking for an App Store Optimization & Digital Campaign Manager with ASO expertise to lead the App Store/Google Play Optimization (ASO) practice with the goal of growing search traffic to our app and social media, and with maximizing our app store traffic and conversion rate. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving app rankings, maximize downloads by implementing ASO strategies, and driving organic app growth.
As a digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company products digital strategies and optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving app rankings, maximize downloads by implementing ASO strategies, and driving organic app growth.
As a digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company products digital strategies and optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Work on the strategy, planning, and execution of ASO initiatives for our app on app store and google play and boosting social media accounts, and incorporating technical and content requirements
- Writing content and store listing descriptions for our Apps on the Google Play Store.
- Analyzing the Apps’ performance.
- Monitor app performance metrics like downloads, rankings, and user ratings to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and design teams to ensure ASO strategies align with broader business goals.
- Stay updated on app store/google play algorithms, policies, and trends to maintain competitive advantages.
- Managing reviews and feedback.
- Searching and utilizing trending keywords.
- Managing Apps marketing through the web, social media, and blogging.
- Track, analyze, research, and optimize keywords and rankings for our company brand, as well as conduct competitive analysis
- Audit and analysis performance identify issues, finding root-causes, and experimenting with solutions to improve performance at scale.
- Keep track of version releases for our App and make sure our ASO updates are accurately implemented into the stores
- Minimum Bachelor in Digital Marketing or related field of study
- At least 10 to 12 years of ASO, APP marketing experience & Growth Strategies.
- Proven experience in ASO with a portfolio of successful app optimization projects.
- Strong knowledge of app store algorithms, policies, and ranking factors for Google Play and Apple App Store.
- Proficiency in ASO tools like Sensor Tower, App Annie, Mobile Action, and TheTool.
- Expertise in keyword research and tracking tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
- Experience in designing and optimizing app store creatives (screenshots, icons, and promo videos).
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools for app stores (e.g., SplitMetrics, StoreMaven).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret app performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment, proactive and persistent
