Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support for custom applications built on the Azure platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in various Azure PaaS services and a strong commitment to ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide application support for custom applications built on the Azure platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure PaaS services.
  • Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to application support processes.
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
