- Drive consistent growth in sales volume and market share across the assigned territory.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new accounts to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies; monitor and analyze sales performance data for continuous improvement.
- Supervise, support, and motivate field sales teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure timely achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
