Role

We’re launching an exclusive training cohort for emerging 3D artists, where selected candidates will be mentored by top industry professionals. This is a hands-on opportunity to level up your craft by creating game prototypes and high-impact video ads in a real production-like environment. If you’re a fresh graduate or early-stage 3D artist hungry to build your skills, portfolio, and game career—this is your moment.

What Are We Looking For

• Experience:
• Fresh graduates in 3D Art, Animation, Game Design, or related fields
• OR candidates with up to 1 year of experience in 3D modeling and/or animation
• Creative & Artistic: Strong visual aesthetics with a passion for crafting game-ready visuals
• Game Sense: Understanding of games and how visual storytelling enhances user experience
• Fast Learner: Quick to adapt, take feedback, and pick up new tools and workflows
• Driven to Grow: Highly motivated and eager to learn from the best in the industry
  

Required Software Skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following 3D tools: 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (for texturing, concepting, and post-work)
• Basic experience with Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics, compositing, and video ad editing)
• Unity 3D knowledge will be considered a plus
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Work on 3D assets for game prototypes and cinematic video ads
• Participate in the end-to-end production pipeline: concept, modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering
• Collaborate with mentors, artists, and game designers in a real production setting
• Create visually compelling and optimized content for mobile games
• Continuously learn and apply new tools, workflows, and best practices
