About This Opportunity

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager IP Core MEA Region to lead customer engagements and ensure successful project delivery for IP Core solutions across the Middle East and Africa. In this role, you will manage both the sales and delivery lifecycle, driving business growth and operational excellence through close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will play a key role in securing and delivering high quality and profitable projects that support Ericsson's leadership in mobile and data network services.

What You Will Do

Work with customers and internal teams during the presales phase to develop IP Core sales opportunities

Lead service costing, risk assessment, scope definition and planning activities for customer proposals

Ensure full alignment between contract commitments and delivery execution

Define project scope, secure resources and establish the project plan

Drive project execution, monitor progress and manage changes, risks and escalations

Deliver projects on time, within budget and scope while ensuring compliance with legal and environmental standards

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Monitor financial performance to ensure targets are met

Ensure accurate data is maintained to enable transparent and timely project reporting

You will bring

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunications

Minimum 5 Years Of Project Management Experience

At least 8 years of domain experience in mobile and data network solutions or services

Strong business and financial acumen including margin management

Consultative selling and customer engagement skills

Negotiation, influencing and communication skills

Experience in leading cross functional and multicultural teams

Strong planning, organization and stakeholder management abilities

Understanding of project sales processes

Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred

Experience in contract management and third party supplier coordination
