• Built code components integrating state-of-the-art LLMs into production systems (e.g., customer service bots, API connections)

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if you default to writing code manually before applying AI tools for review or refinement, rather than starting with AI, do not apply)
• A minimum of 1 year working as a full-stack developer (proficiency in both front-end and back-end programming is mandatory)
• Extensive hands-on use of GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Demonstrated success deploying Generative AI solutions that produced measurable, significant business impact
• Proven experience applying various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address operational challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
