Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Web Designer position based in Lahore. The Web Designer will collaborate with design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Responsibilities include designing mobile-first business portfolios, e-commerce stores across various niches, developing brand guidelines, creating social media graphics, and ensuring aesthetics align with conversion goals. The role involves active participation in brainstorming sessions and applying technical skills to bring design concepts to life using AI-powered tools and modern design platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional web design experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Expertise in mobile-first responsive web design and e-commerce UI/UX
• Experience creating brand guidelines (color schemes, typography, visual identity)
• Strong skills in social media design (posts, banners, flyers)
• Proficiency with AI-powered design tools for efficient creative workflows
• Understanding of conversion-focused design principles (lead capture, sales optimization)
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Portfolio required – Must demonstrate mobile-first websites, e-commerce designs, brand guidelines, and social media content

Preferred Skills

• Mobile application UI/UX design
• Video editing and motion graphics
• HTML/CSS knowledge for front-end implementation
