Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Innovating AI Workflows: Craft and integrate AI tools, engineer prompts, and enhance workflows with insights from subject experts and users.
- Developing Contextual Knowledge: Utilize LLMs as domain experts to create and sustain documents encapsulating knowledge and organizational insights.
- Architecting Data Structures: Design and implement data frameworks that support business logic, ensuring scalable and efficient data models.
- Elevate LearnWith.AI by generating engaging, personalized educational content using AI tools.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering
- Proven experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok in a professional capacity
- Strong interest in EdTech
