Assistant Engineer MIS

Purpose

To operate and manage a computer terminal including database and software base coordination i.e. MIS/SAP between SSM/UGM, OCR, AOC and PM.

Education

DAE – Electrical/ B-Tech, 0 - 1 year relevant experience

Area Of Responsibility

• Perform real time data entry in MIS by declaring faults and capturing real time clearance details.
• Raise shutdown request through MIS and coordinate with OCR if required.
• Maintain data pertaining to recurring faults and highlight to Manager Operations.
• Maintain proper data and information retrieval bank and filing system
• Ensure to rectify data discrepancies before routing it to concerned.
• Retrieve data from MIS, analyze and develop daily, weekly and monthly reports or as and when required.
• Ensure data confidentiality, maintaining data back up and its security through IT personnel.
• Ensure to respond to routine mails, emails and queries on timely basis.
