About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of HR to lead the Human Resources function at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the company’s long-term goals, fostering a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support long-term business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related strategies and policies.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and nurture top talent.
- Develop and implement succession planning frameworks for leadership roles.
Performance Management Systems
- Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee engagement and high performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster effective communication and resolve conflicts.
- Enhance employee engagement through targeted programs and initiatives that build a positive workplace culture.
Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain HR policies to reflect industry standards and best practices.
HR Operations and Efficiency
- Leverage HR technology and analytics to improve operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights.
- Continuously optimize HR processes to support organizational growth and efficiency.
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead and mentor the HR team to build a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Promote excellence within the HR department and across the organization.
Organizational Development
- Oversee change management initiatives, leadership training, and team development programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure structures and processes align with strategic objectives.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- Champion DEI efforts across the organization, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
- Proven expertise in HR strategy development and implementation.
- Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
