Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Team Lead who can lead a team of SaaS Sales Development Specialists. This is a full-time position requires an individual who can demonstrate exceptional understanding and experience in analytics, team/resource management, SaaS sales, and industry dynamics. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of Sales Development Specialists towards achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. Your role will involve fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring that our sales team delivers exceptional results. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you'll also be actively involved in making sales calls yourself. This hands-on approach will not only keep you connected to the front lines of our sales efforts but also serve as a model for your team, demonstrating best practices and techniques in action.

Your Typical Day

As the SaaS Sales Development Team Lead at Software Finder, you'll wear multiple hats, leading both by example and through mentorship. Your deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics will guide your team towards success. You'll spend your days mentoring and guiding team members, ensuring they're properly doing their part and equipped with the knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Your role will also involve conducting performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and refining sales strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to optimize processes and enhance the effectiveness of our sales efforts.

Your Impact

  • Track KPIs and define (where required) to measure team performance and drive results.
  • Employ advanced analytics to assess data and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Keep a periodic follow up and accountability through documentation.
  • Implement strategies to ensure team members meet and exceed their targets.
  • Mentor and support team members in honing their sales skills and achieving their professional goals.
  • Utilizing our tech stack to utmost efficiency: HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Resource Inn.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in SaaS sales or B2B sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record in team and resource management, showcasing the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Demonstrated understanding and substantial previous work experience in analytics, encompassing the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive sales strategies effectively.
  • Advance English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Comprehensive industry understanding, with the capability to navigate market dynamics, identify emerging trends, and capitalize on opportunities for business growth.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Location: On-site at Gulberg, Lahore

Timings: Monday to Friday, 6pm to 3am (usual operational hours).

Note: If required, adjustments can be made with one-week prior notice due to operational requirements.
