Technical Project Manager

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate our software development projects from concept to delivery. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and track the progress of web and mobile development projects
• Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Break down complex tasks into actionable sprints using Agile or Scrum methodology
• Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams
• Oversee risk management and proactively resolve technical or operational issues
• Monitor resource allocation and adjust project plans when necessary
• Ensure technical feasibility and coordinate with developers for architecture and infrastructure decisions
• Prepare reports, updates, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software or web/app development
• Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, APIs, databases, cloud platforms)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear action plans
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other certifications (a plus)
