Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from HEC recognized university
3 to 4 years’ experience in BCP or other relevant field
Key Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible to organize & manage critical business functions to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements. Conduct simulation exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating BCP Documents.

Facilitate critical units to update their BIAs / BRPs document on an annual basis
Arrange and facilitate the BCP simulation exercises of all critical units
Coordination with IT, Branches and other stake holders for DR activities
Update the BCP documents periodically in consultation with relevant departments
Assists Head BCP for the delivery of BCP related presentations and follow-up of the relevant action items
Coordinate with Internal & External Auditors for necessary updates and queries on BCP matters
Arrange / conduct various BCP related training sessions
Coordinate with Branches and Departments in case of any disruptive events
Coordinate with Security Department for evacuation drills
Provide assistance in handling of any other tasks assigned by Head BCP
