Qualification & Experience:
Essential:

• BSCS from any well-reputed HEC recognized university with 2–3 years' of experience working on application coordination in any Govt/Semi Govt Institute /department.

Desirable:

• MSCS from any well-reputed HEC recognized University with 3-5 years’ of experience working on application coordination in any Govt/Semi Govt Institute /department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Students Term Activation.

• Handling Students Fee Queries.

• Training of Faculty members, students on CMS/LMS/TMS.

• Course Creations on LMS.

• Student/Faculty Enrolments on LMS.

• Generation of Attendance Reports.

• Handling of Faculty and Students Enrollments, and Attendance Queries.

• Assigning/Releasing Students Service Indicator.

• Faculty Assistance in Generating Subject Result.

• Grade Roster Generation.

• Posting of Results.

• Running of Repeat Process.

• Disposal Calculation & Checking.

• Preparation of Semester, Repeat, Retest, Alternate Result (UG/MS/PHD).

• Handling of Withdrawal, Warning, Suspension, Deferment, I Grade Case Records on CMS.

• FBS Presentation.

• Transcripts Generations (UG/MS/PhD) on CMS.

• Managing Quality Assurance Forms/Feedback Submission by Students and Faculty on CMS.

• MS/PhD Thesis Similarity Checking

• MS/PhD Thesis Result Preparation on CMS.

• Handling of PhD Thesis Evaluation (Foreign/Local).

• Research Thesis Tracking & Management (RTTM) Module Handling. 23. Helping in Washington Accord OBE Based Result Preparation.

• Managing Grade Change Process.

• Handling of Thesis Management System (TMS) and it’s queries, accounts creation and guidance for Faculty & Students.

• Miscellaneous Activities – Seating Plan for ESE etc

Terms and Conditions:

• Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics /Professional).

• Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:

• 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.

• NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOCfrom Head of Institution.

• In process of pursuing a required degree.

• Medically unfit.

• Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.

• Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply after seeking NOC from their respective parent department / organizations.

• Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
