Assistant Manager Finance

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly management reports, P&L statements, and variance analysis against budget and forecasts.

- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

- Conduct ROI analysis for advertising, promotional, and brand-building activities, providing actionable insights to optimize spending efficiency.

- Partner with marketing and brand teams to evaluate financial impacts of campaigns and initiatives.

- Monitor key financial KPIs and assist in developing dashboards for performance tracking and decision support.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting while maintaining strong internal controls and adherence to company policies.

- Handle ad hoc financial analyses and business requests, providing data-driven insights for management decisions.

Skills:

- ACCA Affiliate with 1 to 3 years experience

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP).

- Solid understanding of financial statements and cost-benefit/ROI analysis.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
